The Bajan Rum Toddy

2 oz Cockspur Fine Rum
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 t brown sugar
4 oz hot water

Pour Cockspur, lemon juice and sugar into a mug. Top with hot water and garnish with star anise and a lemon peel.
